Workforce Development in a Pandemic. Summary: Moving people from part-time jobs to full-time careers has been my mission since 2015. In this time, we have created a resources app and website (myLNK), a unified workforce coalition (EmployLNK), created pathways for foreign-trained professionals (CareerLadder), and a program for people to enter manufacturing (Lincoln Manufacturing Council). However, 18,000 Lincolnites have lost their job since March. Learn about how our community is taking on workforce development now with Drive Through Career Fairs, online learning, place-based efforts, and more. We will help people change industries and maintain family stability. Read more about Bryan, click here.
