Our international visitors will share their perspectives on the Status of Israeli politics and US Relations. Our visitors will be joined by Elaine Hammer and Gary Heusel from the Mayor’s Committee for International Friendship.

Upcoming Event: Prairie Corridor Tour August 26th

Prairie Corridor Tour happens August 26th - New Spots Available!

As part of our Rise.Shine.Give. Epic Experiences in February, a bus tour of the proposed Haines Branch Prairie Corridor was offered. The date is August 26th and we have chartered our motor coach and have additional seats available!

The Tour leaves from the Pioneers Park Nature Center at 4:00 pm and ends with a reception of light snacks and drinks at Spring Creek Prairie. The bus will return to Pioneers Park by 7:00 pm.

And more exciting news - internationally renowned photographer Michael Forsberg will join us on the tour and share his thoughts about the importance of developing the prairie corridor.

Welcome Newest Member Megan Elliott

Last week, Mike Zeleny introduced our newest member Megan Elliott, on behalf of Priscilla Grew. Megan is the Director of the Johnny Carson Center for Emerging Media Arts at UNL. Megan has a strong Rotary background having been a Rotary Exchange student representing Australia to Germany. She previously worked for the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and is the Co-creator of X Media Lab, one of the world's most distinguished digital media and entrepreneurship programs. Please be sure to introduce yourself and welcome Megan when you see her at our Tuesday meeting. Welcome Megan!

New Lunch Cards

Lunch cards can be purchased at our Tuesday meeting from Yolanda Hoffman or Eric Drumheller. We have two kinds of lunch cards, one is for Full Buffet with 10 full buffet meals at $110.00. The second card is for Soup & Salad with 10 soup and salad meals at $80.00. You have the option to buy either one or both cards. Lunch card holders will check-in at the Express check-in. If you wish to purchase your lunch cards online, please click here and claim your lunch card the next time you are at our meeting.
