Happy Thanksgiving Rotarians!
Happy Thanksgiving from the Rotary 14 Directors
The Rotary 14 Directors wish all Rotarians a HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Here's a photo of your hard-working Directors taken at their last board meeting of the year last week. Our board meetings are open to all members and are conducted every third Thursday of the month at noon hour. Attending board meetings will earn you an attendance credit. If you wish to attend, please let President Eric know.

Welcome Newest Rotarian Lee Kreimer
Lee Kreimer is the Programs Manager at the Asian Community & Cultural Center. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelors in Global Studies and Spanish and a minor in sociology. In addition to her role at the Asian Center, she is also co-chair of the New Americans Task Force, a board member of Totonga Bomoi, a social enterprise to empower Congolese artisans, and board president of Friends of Construcasa, an organization that builds homes for Guatemalans living in extreme poverty. Last week, Regina Werum facilitated Rotary Youth Exchange's program where we had the opportunity to learn about the impact it had on four program alumni; Tatun Linzoain, Ruben Martinez, Sidda Pultz, & Mauro Storti.  Reminder to sign up for Salvation Army Bell Ringing on December 5. Lincoln Giving Spirits Rotary Club is asking Rotarians to support Lynette’s Angels again this year. They are seeking gift cards or donations that will help provide holiday cheer to families who are impacted by cancer. President Eric Drumheller asked Rotarians to send get-well vibes to Pat Leach, who is recovering from COVID, and Jane Hood, who is continuing to mend from her surgery. Mailani Veney was congratulated as a Paul Harris Fellow. Book honorarium last week were both from President Eric Drumheller to Rotary Youth Exchange; El Deafo to Eastridge and Ice Boy to Elliot.
