This Week at Rotary February 12, 2019

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has a worldwide reach. One country, Rwanda, a relatively small country in central Africa has sent many students here to learn modern-day agricultural practices. During our program on February 12, Tiffany Heng-Moss, Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources will share with us the details of this program. The University recruits up to 50 students each year to come to Nebraska and study conservation agriculture, entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovative thinking. The participants return to Rwanda with a commitment to spend a minimum of 5 years of their career advancing the agricultural sector of their country. Read more about Tiffany, here.
