The 2018 Rotarian of the Year is Klaus Hartmann. The Rotarian of the Year is the most coveted award of the year. Klaus Hartmann, a medical doctor, Rotarian for 41 years, and a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, was chosen in recognition of his distinguished service, loyalty, and devotion to the ideals of Rotary.
